dirty floor broken door lock
the breakfast was excellent and had a large range on offer.
The floor felt dirty upon entering the room. Did they even bother cleaning? also, staying only one night meant no slippers were provided in the room, just petty. to top it off, the door lock was broken, meaning i had to call staff TWICE to open it. talk about inconvenience.

the grounds are beautiful. i found the staff helpful and friendly too. there are three restaurants, they cater for most tastes and are affordable.
i found it mostly polluted and depending on the tide, i had to swim in a plastic puddle. drinks and coffee cost extra if i wanted a cappuccino or espresso for breakfast. spa prices seemed crazy high compared to other places i visited during my trip.

Amazing Stay Near the Ocean
spacious villa clean space double shower
The villa with pool was amazing. It was spacious and very clean. A bath with jets and a double shower were just what I needed. Breakfast includes a free buffet and it is on the ocean. The most fun I had was in a little village on the grounds where you shop and eat.
The customer service at the front desk needs help. I wish the men I encountered there were more helpful with discount inquiries.

The hotel location provided easy access to the beach. Lush gardens created super quiet place. Watching local kids fly kites was a nice experience.

Ocean Terrace restaurant had fabulous service. I had an excellent lunch. The food gets a 10/10 score and tasted delicious. The atmosphere.
